Here you can view, cancel, reschedule, and request new appointments.
You can also message your therapist to inform them if you’re running late for a session or need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
AutoPay (paying with card)
If you choose to pay with a credit, debit, FSA or HSA card, our system will automatically charge your sessions on the day of each appointment.
Zelle payments (non-card)
Should you choose to pay through Zelle, payment would need to be made the day before the appointment. Our email for payment is hello@practicalonlinetherapy.com. You can also scan the barcode on the right to send a payment.
To respect our therapists’ time and ensure availability for all clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through the client portal with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, please contact your therapist directly through the client portal.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 late cancellation fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, it will be considered a late cancellation and the $30 fee will apply.
If you are running late, please contact your therapist directly through the client portal as soon as possible.
