I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach with my clients. A therapy session with me would consist of:  

• Exploring and incorporating your hobbies and interests
• Helping you understand your identity and patterns of behavior 
• Building self-compassion
• Identifying actions you can take to reduce the societal barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals
