I'm the founder & Clinical Director of Practical Online Therapy, and a published author of multiple self-help books. I have over fifteen years of experience helping individuals and couples with communication issues/ interpersonal problems, parenting, anxiety, anger management, and trauma/ PTSD.


I am currently accepting clients who are paying privately, without insurance, or using Out-of-Network benefits.
