Individual sessions are 45-60 minutes, depending on your needs.
Couples and Family sessions vary in length depending on whether you are using insurance or paying out of pocket. For more information on Couples & Family Therapy rates, click here.
A: Together you and your therapist will decide on a day and time that work best for you. Typically, you will meet the same day and time every week, but scheduling can vary each week if necessary. Session frequency is usually once per week but can also vary, depending on your needs and therapy progress.
A: You can use any smart device with an internet connection. You can attend through your browser or the Google Meet app on your phone, tablet, or computer.
A: It's very easy to join a session! Your session link will be the same every time. You can find your therapist's link here.
A: You can request, cancel, or reschedule appointments through the client portal online or the Client Portal SimplePractice app. Search the Apple or Google Play store for “SimplePractice Client Portal”.
A: You can message your therapist through the client portal.
A: During your sessions, your therapist will be in a private office using a private internet connection on a password protected computer. In addition, the software your therapist will use to conduct the sessions is secure and HIPAA Compliant.
A: Your information will always be kept confidential under HIPAA.
A: You can pay using health insurance and/ or a credit/ debit/ or FSA card (if one is offered by your job). Zelle & PayPal payments are also accepted.
Available Wednesdays & Thursdays 10am-10pm, and Fridays, 10am-4pm.
