Sessions with me are supportive and focused on helping you feel safer, calmer, and more understood. You can talk about stress, big emotions, relationships, identity, or things from your past that still affect you today.
Sessions move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I value each person’s unique experiences and am committed to providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.

You’ll learn tools to manage stress, strong feelings, and anxious thoughts. Sessions may include ways to calm your body, improve communication, and build healthier coping skills, which will help you in your everyday life.
