Nikia Dennis is a therapist who meets you with steadiness, warmth, and deep respect for everything you’ve survived. Her path into therapy was shaped by years of leadership in high-pressure healthcare and community settings, where she learned how much strength it takes just to keep going—and how healing it can be to finally be heard.

Nikia brings a grounded, compassionate presence to the therapy space. She listens closely, reflects honestly, and believes that clarity and kindness can coexist. 

Her work is rooted in evidence-based approaches, with a strong focus on self-esteem, self-compassion, and rebuilding a sense of self after trauma, depression, or long periods of stress. 

She has particular care for women navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from always being the strong one.

Nikia brings maturity, accountability, and intentionality shaped by years of supervising teams, managing crises, and making difficult decisions with care. 

She welcomes feedback, values collaboration, and approaches therapy with humility and curiosity—always centered on your goals, your pace, and your voice.
