Sessions with me are supportive and focused on helping you feel calmer and more in control. We work together to notice unhelpful thoughts, manage big feelings, and practice easy tools to help your body and mind feel safe.
We may also talk about past experiences and how they still affect you today, in a gentle and safe way.
Skills You’ll Learn
Sessions may include breathing exercises, mindfulness, and grounding tools to help you feel more calm and focused. These are skills you can use in your daily life.
