Sessions with me are supportive and focused on helping you feel calmer and more confident. You can talk about stress, relationships, family, or difficult experiences from your past.
Together, we'll work toward clear goals that help you move forward. I value empathy and compassion for others and ourselves. I truly believe we can help others and ourselves by utilizing empathy and compassion.
Skills You’ll Learn
You’ll learn simple tools to manage strong feelings, stress, and anxious thoughts. Sessions may include mindfulness, emotion skills, and ways to look at problems from a new point of view.
These skills are meant to help in daily life. The focus is on helping you build clarity, confidence, and skills you can use long after sessions end.
