Sessions with me are supportive and focused on helping you feel calmer and more confident. You can talk about stress, relationships, family, or difficult experiences from your past. Together, we'll work toward clear goals that help you move forward.
What You Can Expect
You can expect a safe space where you feel heard and respected. You don’t need to know what to say or have everything figured out. Sessions move at a pace that feels right for you.
Skills You’ll Learn
You’ll learn simple tools to manage strong feelings, stress, and anxious thoughts. Sessions may include mindfulness, emotion skills, and ways to look at problems from a new point of view. These skills are meant to help in daily life.
